Does the park have a train?

Yes, it does. Irvine Park Railroad, a privately operated enterprise can be reached at (714) 997-3968 or at The Irvine Park Railroad.


Do I have to pay to enter the park to go to the Orange County Zoo?

Yes, you will need to a pay a parking fee. The current fees are $3.00 per vehicle, per entry on weekdays,$5.00 per vehicle per entry on the weekends and up to $10.00 per vehicle per entry on special use days (see the fee structure for special use days) Zoo admission is $2.00 for those 3 years of age or older, children under 3 are free. Admission is collected at the zoo entry.


How much does it cost to rent a horse?

The horse trail rides are operated by "Country Trails Inc." a privately owned company under lease agreement. You will need to contact Country Trails directly for their fe structure. They can be reached at (714) 538-5860.


Once I leave the park, do I have to pay to enter again?

Yes, you do. Your parking entrance ticket expires once you leave the park.
