Camping and Shelter Reservations

Make a Reservation

Due to the fluid change in Federal, State and local COVID-19 health orders and guidelines as to public assembly, conferences, public events, etc., the County is requiring that you (the reservation holder/customer) comply with any and all current orders/guidelines issued by Federal, State or local government agencies that apply to your activity. These guidelines are changing often, and it is your sole responsibility to monitor the guidelines which have a direct impact on your activity/event.

Are you planning a party or special event? You can make reservations below, but please make sure to also visit our permits section to see if your party or event may require a permit.

Amenities available for reservation:

  • Caspers Wilderness Park
  • O'Neill Regional Park

Regional Park Shelters

Please note that any activities at group picnic areas that involve vendors (like bounce houses) or contract services (like caterers) require an OC Parks Permit. For more information on obtaining a park permit, please visit our permits pages. OC Parks keeps a list of vendors with County-approved liability insurance. Regardless if your selected vendor is on this list, you are still required to purchase a permit.

Park shelter reservations may only be made for private events (such as family, church or corporate picnics). If you would like to hold a public event in the park (such as a walkathon), you must contact the park directly.
