OC Public Works in collaboration with OC Parks, will be installing nature-based educational and interactive exhibits, a fossil dig pit and seating area, as well as regrading an existing pathway and relocating an EV charging station.
WHAT:
- Trail closures will be in effect during regrading of the existing path.
- Intermittent closures may occur to allow for passing construction vehicles.
- Public parking near the EV charging station will be affected during the relocation and grading of the pathway. “No Parking” signs will be posted in advance.

August — December 2026
Working Days/Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
The construction schedule is tentative and subject to change due to weather and other factors.
