Project Summary
OC Public Works, on behalf of OC Parks, will complete Restroom #2 replacement project within Tri-City Regional Park located in the City of Placentia. The Rolling Hills parking lot will not be available during construction. Park visitors may experience an increase in construction-related noise and dust during regular working hours. The work activity will be enclosed in fencing for the safety of park visitors. All construction activity will occur on weekdays during normal working hours.
What
The existing restroom 2 building near Rolling Hills Parking Lot will be demolished and replaced with a new restroom building containing 8 unisex stalls. The project will also replace the path of travel to the parking lot. The nearest alternative restroom is located near the main entrance of the park at Golden Avenue

Anticipated Construction Duration:
September 2021 -- Spring 2022 (Construction to commence after completion of Restroom #1)

Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
