Nature can inspire the creativity in all of us. Learn how to identify native plants, what an invasive plant is and then make your own native plant tea to enjoy!

This program is for ages 12 and older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants should wear closed-toe shoes, sun protection and bring water. The program will meet at the Nix Nature Center amphitheater near the bathrooms.

Please note: This program involves making and drinking tea made from sustainably sourced native plants. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please be sure to notify park staff upon arrival.

This program is free and all materials will be provided. Parking is $3 per vehicle.

Rain or muddy conditions will cancel this program.
