Locate Newport Harbor
Newport Harbor is located within the City of Newport Beach. The harbor complex can be reached by following Pacific Coast Highway or by taking Newport Boulevard down the peninsula. Any side street will bring the harbor or ocean in view.
There are no specific operating hours for the harbor itself, but a 10:00 p.m. curfew law is enforced at all beaches.
No fees are charged for use of the harbor. However, private lease holders charge for services and rentals.
