OC Facilities Maintenance & Central Utility Facility (CUF)
OC Facilities Maintenance & CUF provides maintenance and repair services to County of Orange departments and agencies located in buildings owned or leased by the County, employees working in these facilities, and the OC Facilities Design & Construction Management team.
Core Business Functions
The Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) Unit, Utilities & Energy Unit, and Build Automation Unit provide the bulk of the core services in the Maintenance & CUF (Central Utility Facility) Division which are:
Building automation and utility management for 215 facilities totaling over 9 million square feet
