Supervisor Bartlett currently serves as the Fifth District Supervisor for the County of Orange and Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors. She is proud to serve the 650,000 residents in south Orange County through her role on the Board, in addition to the twenty two other boards and committees she participates in, including the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors, Transportation Corridor Agencies Board of Directors, CalOptima, Orange County Fire Authority, and the Orange County Local Agency Formation Commission.
Supervisor Bartlett began her involvement in local governance in 2006 when she was elected to the Dana Point City Council. She later served as the Dana Point Mayor Pro Tem in 2007-08 and as Mayor in 2009 and 2014. Prior to these endeavors, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is also a Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and a licensed Real Estate Broker. Her professional career spans several decades and includes holding executive management positions in a worldwide computer software company, a project management consulting firm and several law firms.
Supervisor Bartlett strives for increased transparency and efficiency in every aspect of government. Her top priorities include regional mobility, public safety, water, healthcare and spending our tax dollars wisely.
Supervisor Bartlett was born and raised in Southern California and has been a resident of South Orange County for the past 20+ years. She is honored to serve her community and the place she calls home.
